ABOUT ME
I’ve always loved organizing things
— trips with friends, family events, even my school notes. I was the “planner friend” before I even knew project management was a thing. Years later, during my volunteering experience at Lyhty Ry in Helsinki, I decided to step into a real project management role — and it just clicked. I’ve been leading international teams, managing multiple projects and events, coordinating nearly 200 participants across 15 teams. Every single project was delivered on time and with great feedback.
I’m genuinely passionate about making a positive social impact.
Human rights, social justice, feminism, climate action, fair trade, and politics aren’t just buzzwords to me — they’re the reason I do what I do. That’s why I only collaborate with ethical organisations whose values align with mine.
I’ve worked with international teams and know what it takes to navigate cultural differences smoothly.
I’m currently based in Grenoble, France, originally from Poland, and have previously lived in Finland. I love moving around Europe, meeting new people, and learning how differently (yet beautifully) we all approach work and life.
Outside of projects and spreadsheets, you’ll probably find me baking cinnamon rolls, drinking an oat milk matcha latte, or knitting hats for my friends. I’m also constantly learning — from Google’s Project Management certification to courses in grant writing, business communication, and public relations — because I believe good project management is as much about structure as it is about empathy, clarity, and growth.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to help ethical organisations do even more good — and do it in a well-organised, meaningful way.
