IncludED, a Warsaw-based NGO focused on combating discrimination, is expanding its work into the private sector with its first corporate inclusion initiative.


The project aims to deliver a pilot series of anti-discrimination workshops for three companies, combining both in-person and online formats. Each session focuses on raising awareness, identifying bias, and providing actionable prevention tools tailored to each company’s context.


This initiative marks a strategic step for IncludED — leveraging its non-profit expertise to enter a new market and build sustainable partnerships with businesses committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

• Defined project scope, goals, and key stakeholders, aligning all deliverables with IncludED’s long-term DEI mission.

• Created a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and milestone plan, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Developed a timeline and Gantt chart covering every phase of planning, delivery, and evaluation.

• Designed a budget structure and integrated risk assessment with actionable mitigation plans.

• Created a communication plan to streamline collaboration between trainers, company partners, and internal teams.

• Set up evaluation processes to track participant satisfaction and learning outcomes.
